Osnat is married to Mulie and is the mother of three daughters: Mai, Omer and Gal. She resides in Kfar Saba and dedicates most of her leisure time to her family

Osnat has a PhD in education policy and an MA, with distinction, in administration and leadership in education from Tel Aviv University. She holds a B.Ed. and a teaching certificate in mathematics from Beit Berl College. Osnat is also a graduate of the directors’ course of the Magid Institute founded by the Hebrew University.
