Since 2008, Dani has been a Vice President at the 'Shalom Hartman Institute' and Director of the 'Be'eri’ program for deepening and strengthening a pluralistic Jewish-Israeli identity in the Israeli public education system.Dani is one of the Founders of 'Yachad Modiin', an organization promoting community life based on education and Jewish heritage among families leading different Jewish lifestyles. Between 2004 and 2008, Dani served as the organization’s Director and between 2002 to 2004 and 2010 to 2013 served on the Board of Directors (two years as Chairman). In addition, Dani served as a member of Modiin's steering committees: 'Jewish-Israeli Identity' and the Rochester-Modiin partnership. From 1996 to 2002 Dani was CFO and treasurer at BreezeCOM Ltd. in the private sector.During his military service, Dani served in the 8200 intelligence unit.

Dani lives in Reut, enjoys photography and plays basketball in his spare time.

Dani has a Bachelor's Degree in Economics and Management from Bar- Ilan University and is a graduate of 'Gvanim' school for leadership in education, addressing Jewish renewal in Israel and in the Diaspora based on the core values of Judaism, Zionism and Democracy.
